Shipping policy

As all of our items are handmade in our workshop in Northern Ireland, lead times may vary (especially around holidays e.g. Christmas). Ready to go items generally dispatch same day/next working day. For made to order/personalised items, we do our best to make and dispatch items within 3-5 working days of an order being placed, but please allow 7-10 days in the lead up to holidays.  

If you need your piece in a hurry, contact us on mansmadeni@gmail.com (or on our social media pages) ahead of placing your order with your requirements to see how we can help. 

We use Royal Mail (1st/2nd and Tracked24/Tracked48) to ship our items, but for our largest items, Yodel or Evri may be used, depending on their size and weight. We will always choose the most appropriate option, striving to keep postage costs as low as possible for you. If you opt for one of our tracked services, tracking details will be provided in your shipping confirmation email. 

We also offer free local collection (Lurgan), so if you’re close enough to collect from us, please do look out for the ‘Pick up’ option when checking out. If opting for collection, please be aware that orders should be collected within 14 days of receiving confirmation that your order is ready. If you have an issue with collecting within the allocated collection timeframe, please get in contact. Orders for local collection will be stored for a maximum of 2 months from the date you are notified that your order is ready for collection. If an order is not collected within this 2-month timeframe, the item will be disposed of or donated. In these instances, no refund will be issued, as the item was custom-prepared and storage space was allocated.
