Refund policy

As a small business, we take great pride in the quality of our products. Because of the nature of our items, we operate under a strict no-returns policy, with the following exceptions and conditions:

Damaged Items

We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely. However, if your item is damaged during transit, we are happy to offer a replacement.

  • You must contact us via email within 2 days of receiving your item to report any damage.

  • Please include your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damage and the packaging.

Personalised Items

Please double-check all text and options before finalising your order.

  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all spelling, dates, and personalisation details are correct at the time of submission.

  • Personalised or custom-made items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless they arrive damaged as described above.

Local Collections

For orders fulfilled via local collection, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the item has been handed over.

We encourage all customers to inspect their items thoroughly at the point of collection to ensure they are satisfied with the product.

  • Orders will be held for a maximum of 2 months from the date you are notified that your order is ready for collection.
  • If an order is not collected within this 2-month timeframe, the item will be disposed of or donated. In these instances, no refund will be issued, as the item was custom-prepared and storage space was allocated.
